TRACCS
Health & Safety Policy

February 2022

TRACCS believes in maintaining our team, members, industry professionals and the general public safe above all.

We continue to strive for safe work environments, and that extends to our current global pandemic.

Covid-19 Virus Policies

It is TRACCS decision to host all webinars, board meetings, workshops and networking events online or outdoors following the Province of Ontario requirements for Health and Safety.

Under the guidance of the Ontario Government’s Stage Two of pandemic protocols, TRACCS Rail Day will comply with the capacity limits established for Outdoors Events,

Patrons must obey social distance and PPE required at the time of the event.

While attending the Demos and Speaking Engagements, social distance in seating must be respected, and masks must be worn at all times.

It will be TRACCS' responsibility to comply with contact tracing protocols established by Health authorities. For that reason, we only allow registration online at www.traccs.ca/traccsrailday and Walk-Ins will not be allowed at the door of TRACCS Rail Day.

For more information on our COVID-19 policies, please visit our Health and Safety page, including our Privacy Policy.

*TRACCS will record the names and contact information of every person in attendance and maintain them for a period of at least one month. These records will only be disclosed to  a medical officer of health or an inspector under the Health Protection and Promotion Act on request for a purpose specified in section 2 of that Act or as otherwise required by law.
