Move-In & Move-Out

A schedule has been created for everyone's safety and ease.

Please confirm your time slot and be respectful of the times allotted.

If you are outdoors and require forklift assistance, please place an order so we can schedule you appropriately.

If your booth will be set up or materials delivered by a third party, please complete the form below:

Move-Out will start on Thursday 20th at 2:00 pm.

Exhibitors who need Freeman or Forklift support must make sure they are in communication with the corresponding party.

Networking on another level

The Event App is currently being developed and tested.

The link to download the app and register as a user for TRACCS Rail Day will be emailed to you when we are ready.

Click on the sky blue button below to get to the App Exhibitor Portal, where the Primary Contact will be able to make changes to your company's profile.

A small training session explaining how to set up your account will be held on Monday May 27th if you need support.

Registered Visitors List

The Event App will facilitate networking and sending messages to all visitors and exhibitors attending TRACCS Rail Day.

We have also created a first draft of the registered visitors who plan on attending the event for you to connect with them in more traditional ways.

Click on the red button below to get the spreadsheet with registrations completed before June 12. And you will have access to the full list after the event.

Documents you need

Forms to submit Information

This form collects basic contact information from your team's primary contact for the booth setup. This information will be required to place orders from the show decorator, and to streamline the event communications with one person in charge of your booth(s).

This form collects the contact information from your booth personnel. This information will be necessary to create event app profiles and allow your team to connect with other event participants.


This form must include the information about any equipment you will bring to the floor, for display or demo.

This will need to be accompanied by insurance information. (see Exhibitors' Agreement, section 7)

Each Booth includes a number of exhibitor badges, depending on the booth size.

If you need to bring in more staff, please purchase them here for $15 + tax and administrative fees each.

Speakers - Conference and Technology Showcase


Presentation Slide decks must be submitted by EOD Thursday June 13th

Must include at least one question in case it is needed to kick off the Q&A section of their session.

Speakers must submit a short bio, headshot and company affiliation ASAP. (Do you represent your company, a nonprofit, yourself?)

and the contact information you would like to have posted in the event app.

Contact Information and Order Links from Vendors

Outdoors Exhibitors are offered a 10x10 white canopy (no walls) for shade, a 6 ft long table and 2 folding chairs.

For any additional furnishings, or a bigger canopy, you may order directly from our vendor, Vincent Tents.

You are not required to use this particular company, but by mentioning you are part of TRACCS Rail Day, you will save on the delivery fees. - +1 (647) 528 5611
