WHY ON-TRACK
Canada is building more rail than ever. The workforce needs a common starting point.
The passenger rail industry is growing fast, and it needs people who understand how it works. Right now, most people entering the field arrive on site without a shared starting point, and every employer and agency introduces the basics differently.
ON-TRACK gives you that starting point. It is an introduction to the rail industry: the basics, the terminology, and what to expect on site, so you do not walk in cold. It is the foundation you build on, not the finish line.
