Join us for the STAR (Standards, Training, and Assurance in Rail) Workshop in Montreal.

Building on the success of our sessions in Calgary and Vancouver, this interactive workshop brings together industry leaders to address the most pressing challenges in Canada’s rail sector. Hosted at Pomerleau’s offices, this session is designed to move beyond discussion and toward actionable, consensus-driven solutions for the national supply chain.

What to Expect

We will begin the session by sharing detailed presentations that outline current industry challenges and our proposed solutions regarding national standards, supply chain assurance, and unified training.

Following these briefings, you will have the opportunity to workshop directly with other industry leaders. This collaborative environment allows you to apply your specific expertise to refine these solutions and ensure they meet the practical needs of the rail industry.

Workshop Format: The World Café

Following our proven Vancouver model, participants will move into a dynamic "World Café" session, rotating through three dedicated stations facilitated by experts:

• Assurance: Strengthening the supply chain through robust verification processes.

• Training: Developing a unified approach to industry-wide skills and safety.
