Job Description


Help inspire the next generation of transit and rail professionals! This role focuses on building relationships with post-secondary institutions, coordinating outreach initiatives, and supporting student-facing opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and build a database of relevant academic programs

  • Draft outreach emails and coordinate follow-ups with schools

  • Support planning of student-targeted info sessions or campaigns

  • Track engagement and assist with student inquiries

  • Identify ways to promote industry awareness among youth


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage outreach campaigns independently

  • Interest in education, youth engagement, or workforce development

  • Schooling in education, public relations, or a related field preferred

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
